Location: North of England covering Midlands upwards, including Scotland and Ireland. Willingness to travel is key. The dividing line between north and south is around Birmingham, with Leicester falling into the southern territory.

What you’ll be doing:
The aim of this role is to manage and develop a team of experienced territory managers across a large geographical area. The focus will be on motivating, coaching, and developing team members' career aspirations.
Responsibilities:
- High in field activity mentoring, coaching and supporting Territory Managers – average 4 days in field per week
- Responsibility for the development and execution of the regional sales plan (budget)
- Monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
- Deliver Regional and Business Unit measurable Objectives.
- Ensure pricing, agreements and contracts are managed and maintained across the team.
- Agree and support development goals and objectives with each individual member of the team
- Ensure effective and regular use of the CRM system to drive territory activity, progress sales opportunities & analyse customer ordering patterns
- Work collaboratively with the Sales Director, Pulmonology to plan and implement sales strategies. Attend regional and national conferences/events/workshops – UK wide travel will be required
- Ensure alignment between the territory managers and clinical educators in delivering excellent training
- Cover territory activity in the absence of a territory manager due to leave, sickness or vacancy
- Contribute to planning and delivery of in-person quarterly sales meetings
- Host regular virtual catchup meetings for regional team
- Work with the Sales Director to develop KOL and partner supplier relationships
Here’s what you need:
- Healthcare background with knowledge of hospitals, stakeholders, and the NHS. Previous experience in an RSM or NSM role.
- The ability to motivate, coach and develop experienced territory managers.
- A passion for being out in the field developing excellence. Someone who will coach rather than micromanage.
Basic Salary: c £60k - £72k
Bonus: 40% OTE opportunity to earn overage above and beyond that.
