What you’ll be doing:
- This role is part of a dynamic, fun sales team that sells a revolutionary burns and wound management product across the UK and clocked a 71% increase in revenue in the last 12 months.
- Backed by an effective, responsive marketing team and support personnel, the role services a well-established territory encompassing all major healthcare organisations in Manchester, Liverpool, Sheffield and Stoke-on-Trent and offers exciting growth opportunities.
- The products can be used on significant burns as an alternative dermal substitute in order to treat the kinds of delayed and colonised wounds. They can also help to re-cover exposed structures of traumatic injuries.
- It is indicated for full or deep partial thickness burns, surgical and reconstructive wounds and traumatic wounds. They are used in elective and trauma surgery.
- Stake holders selling to: Surgeons, specifically Plastics and Orthopaedic Surgeons
Here’s what you need:
- You must have theatre sales experience supporting surgeons and a stable track record.
- Experience of selling to plastic surgeons would be advantageous.
- You must be passionate, can listen to people, easy to warm to, likeable and can build trust - the product is an implant so the clinician HAS to trust you as they are implanting something that is left in the patient.
Basic Salary: £55,000 - £60,000
Bonus: 3% commission on all sales uncapped
Car policy: Car allowance £8,000 pa + 27p per business mile
Benefits: Pension 8% on base salary from day 1 (not just qualifying earnings), 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, Allowance for lap top, phone etc, life insurance, Accrue 10 days per year fully paid sick leave which accumulates year of year (not capped)
