What you’ll be doing:
- The primary focus for this territory is to grow the oncology market share with a particular focus on urological oncology.
- Territory sales are growing rapidly so the right candidate is needed to continue this trend.
- The key therapeutic areas are Liver, Lung, Pancreas and Prostate tumour ablation.
- The company have game-changing technology in irreversible electroporation with no competition and the best-in-class microwave thermal ablation technology.
- Stakeholders selling to: Consultants in Oncology, GI, Endoscopy as well as clinicians, theatre/department managers, procurement and nursing staff.
Here’s what you need:
- Personality is the most important factor in this hire. You should be driven, self-motivated, competitive and hungry to succeed.
- You must show a flexible approach to work and be able to enthusiastically embrace change and new challenges.
- You will have a flexible and enthusiastic mindset.
- You should have some level of medical sales experience and ideally a working knowledge of hospital sales, but all of this can be trained if you are the right person.
- The ideal candidate will have successful and documented sales history in medical devices - preferably devices used in interventional or theatre procedures with high value products, and able to demonstrate the use of case support as a selling tool looking for a person with a "can do, will do" attitude.
Basic Salary: c£45,000
Bonus: £25K on target, capped at £30k
