Location: South West & South Wales (up to Birmingham & over as far as Southampton)
Product: Regenerative medicine/surgical portfolio. Primarily a biologic mesh, a dermal template and articulated laparoscopic surgical instruments and a new endoscopic stapler.

What you’ll be doing:
- The Territory Manager purpose in this role is to effectively increase sales volume and revenue through medical device product sales year on year whilst maintaining strong customer relations and increasing market share.
- You must pro-actively seek for opportunities for other UK division within their territories whilst carrying out day to day business with each client ensuring that such opportunities are passed on to the appropriate Territory Manager therefore ensuring that a strong relationship is formed with all other division Managers in that territory.
- You will be selling to General Surgeons and Breast Surgeons primarily (plus related theatre teams)
Here’s what you need:
- The candidate must have the energy and drive to cover and manage the region efficiently and effectively. On top of this you should have c18th months+ theatre sale experience.
- Any prior working knowledge of general surgery procedures, breast reconstruction, stapling, or biologic mesh sales would be a distinct advantage.
Basic Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
Bonus: £24k on target + end of year bonus (last year was 7.5k)
