Location: South UK - Leicester South (you'll need to spend at least one day a week around London and the South East)

This role is on their respiratory team and will involve a patient-centered approach whereby you will work closely with clinicians to improve patient outcomes.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working across the region in conjunction with the Account Managers you'll be providing expert knowledge relating to Respiratory complications focusing on the SpO2 monitoring and capnography elements of the product portfolio.
  • You'll be developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with relevant (clinical) stakeholders, KOL and local Ad Boards and societies in close collaboration with Account Managers.
  • You'll be achieving sales targets within the chosen strategic accounts, objectives and initiatives in line with growth expectation for the Acute Care and Monitoring portfolio.
  • You'll spend time in the Operating Room and/or clinical setting like NICU, A&E and ICU working alongside clinical stakeholders providing customer education, clinical insights and sharing best practice throughout the region.
  • You'll conduct market research on customers and competitor activities and execute local market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
  • You’ll communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including Research & Development, Operations and Marketing.
  • Stake holders selling to: Nursing staff, neonatologists, paediatric consultants, intensivists, ICS leads.

Here’s what you need:

  • You will have a minimum 4 years of relevant experience in clinical selling with a proven track record of success.
  • Degree level and/or clinical background or experience within this product area.
  • Patient monitoring portfolio or clinical knowledge as well as industry knowledge.
  • You will be patient outcome orientated and an excellent relationship builder.
  • Strong network in the healthcare sector in the South of the UK Competitive mindset Business development capacity.
  • Highest ethical standards

Basic Salary: to £60,000

Bonus: 20% of basic - open ended

Car policy: Car (from a list including electric cars) or £700 p/mth allowance
