Location: London and surroundings (flexible) - got business in Brighton and Hastings with potential for expansion, primarily focused on the central London area and surrounding spine centres.

Product: Spine - minimally invasive, motion preservation, fusion, biologics, fractures treatment

The company offers a comprehensive selection of traceable barcoded sterile packed implants paired with streamlined instrument kits, thereby ensuring enhanced safety, economic savings, and adherence within the medical facility.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You will be increasing sales in your territory and developing relationships with customers of the spine portfolio.
  • You will be managing existing business; account managing the established customers and hunting down new business opportunities within the territory.
  • When on site with customers, you will use your product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems, informing surgeons, nurses, and other staff as to the proper, safe and effective use of the portfolio.

Here’s what you need:

  • You should have sales experience in the neuro, spine or orthopaedics industry.
  • You will need a strong focus on business development and have the ability to drive growth.
  • Candidates from other medical device backgrounds may be considered, but having spinal contacts would be a distinct advantage.

Basic Salary:  c £60,000

Bonus:  £20k OTE, 7% of growth on sales which kicks in at 90-95%.

Car policy: Allowance £650 a month

Benefits:  Phone, laptop, pension 8% company contribution, private healthcare, death in service, 25 days holiday
