What you’ll be doing:
- This is a consultative sell targeting the clinical operating and secondary care environment and the wider community, primary care, and private clinic customer base.
- It’s a hybrid role split between primary and secondary care. The PRP injectables product portfolio is predominantly sold into secondary care, with a little bit of time in theatre for surgeons who want to use it intra operatively, but mainly ortho injection clinics, radiology, pain and spinal.
- You will also focus on early intervention for osteoarthritis/ tendons/ muscle repair and sports injuries, targeting the private market and independent clinics – these are the top tier MSK sports doctor who look after professional athletes.
- You will also be selling into a new market for the company which they call PCT aesthetics - personalised cellulous therapy. This also includes working with top tier KOLs in very established, well-known clinics. (Using PRP for allopecia, scarring, skin health/ rejuvenation). More growth in terms of ROI and opportunities by focusing on the clinics.
Here’s what you need:
- You will have some theatre sales exposure and understand an evidence-based sales process.
- Experience in orthopaedics; orthobiologics sales; implant sales would be advantageous.
- You should be hungry for sales, dynamic, credible and hard working.
Basic Salary: £36,000 'basic' plus guaranteed £24,000 (£2,000 per month) = £60,000
Bonus: Commission 10% of growth
