Location: Central London - within M25 (to be based in the Northern half of London)

Products: Ophthalmic Diagnostic equipment (for Retina and Glaucoma)

What you’ll be doing:

  • The focus of the role is to present and sell the ophthalmic diagnostic product range in out-patient and optometry practices and associated products to allow workplace solution.
  • You will take full accountability for the demonstration of the equipment to facilitate product evaluation and convert sales opportunities in line with company policy.
  • You will be responsible for negotiating agreed discount levels, seeking proper approvals to ensure profit/discount levels.
  • You will be selling to Ophthalmic and Outpatient departments primarily with some work in Optometry practices (NHS and Private Sector).

 Here’s what you need:

  • You must have experience in ophthalmology and/or capital equipment to the NHS. Your experience can be gained through sales or gained clinically.
  • The ability to develop strong relationships with all levels of staff within NHS or Private Hospitals quickly is vital.
  • Must be able to work independently and under your own steam, be self-motivated, and have strong negotiation skills as well as credibility with end users.

Basic Salary: to £50,000

Bonus: +£25k on target (open ended)

Car policy: There is a company car with this role (to be selected from a list), it is fully expensed with a fuel card, the driver pays for private mileage (probably an EV or Hybrid)
