The position: The role is responsible for covering customers (mainly specialist nurses) in both the primary and secondary care environment however you will be empowered to identify other customers that are important to your account plans. You are likely to already be a successful and self-motivated Sales Professional in the medical field who thrives on working autonomously and in a highly competitive therapy area. You will be passionate about what you do, and ideally have experience of working in both acute and community settings. Urology sales experience is preferred.
(Job): In this role you will work closely with your Regional Business Leader, Strategic Partnership Manager and Nursing team to create and manage account specific plans to grow your business. You will focus on building relationships and business with specialist nurses in the acute sector and the continence care teams within the community. You will own the local formularies and support the acute trust to deliver excellence in continence care.
