Senior Social Media Specialist

Job Description

The Position:  Are you ready to play a key role in the transformation of the digital experience of our customers in the medical technology field? Join us and guide our marketing teams to amplify our Social Media presence.
We offer you a position where you will be responsible for managing and moderating Social Media activities related to Operating Unit (OU) business imperatives. You will be working closely with Marketing and commercial teams and the Digital Marketing and Marketing Services (DMMS) team. A critical eye for detail is a must.
 

Basic salary:  c£60,000 + company bonus

Area working: Relative commuting distance to Watford Offices

Your experience:

  • BA or BSc in Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing/social media roles with a strong track record in achieving or exceeding objectives on a consistent basis.
  • Strong experience in Social Media channels management and moderation.
  • Strong expertise in the deployment of organic and paid advertising campaigns within Social Media channels.
  • Strong expertise with best practices and functionality of major social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Experience with social media monitoring and analytics tools (i. e. Khoros, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
  • Experience in Social Media listening and influencers identification and engagement. 
  • Experience with Social Selling, Account Based Marketing (ABM) concepts and tools.
  • Knowledge of social media relationship to other digital marketing channels.
