What you’ll be doing:
- You will play an instrumental role in identifying and developing new business opportunities to rapidly increase the volume of sales into NHS hospitals and drive revenue growth in your territory.
- You will be required to develop thorough knowledge of infectious disease, IP&C and antimicrobial technologies, and must keep up to date with the latest advancements in research.
- You will be responsible for the full sales cycle and will need to interact with and develop strong relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders in the NHS.

Here’s what you need:
- We're looking for a commercially minded sales professional who understands the healthcare sector and can confidently navigate the NHS landscape.
- Experience in healthcare sales is essential, while a background in consumables sales and a relevant life sciences degree (such as Microbiology, Virology, Immunology or Epidemiology) would be advantageous.
- We are also open to candidates with pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Success in this role will come from your confidence when presenting, ability to think quickly in customer conversations, and genuine enthusiasm for sales and new business development.
- Just as importantly, you'll bring warmth, professionalism and a personable approach, enabling you to build strong relationships with busy NHS stakeholders and become a trusted partner to your customers.
Salary: £42,000 - £45,000
Bonus: KPIs: £5,000 and uncapped commission
Car policy: Car allowance: £3,000
Expenses & equipment: All travel expenses, including car mileage, are covered, and all necessary tech will be provided.
