What you’ll be doing:

Developing and executing strategic account plans to drive revenue growth

Analysing data and market insights to identify opportunities within accounts

Building strong relationships with surgeons, procurement, and stakeholders

Presenting value propositions and influencing purchasing decisions

Leading customer engagement activities including meetings, training, and education

Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, education, and commercial teams

Managing territory performance through structured planning and forecasting
Here’s what you need:

Proven sales experience, ideally within medical devices

Strong commercial and account management skills

Ability to interpret data and translate into actionable plans

Confident communicator with a consultative selling approach

Understanding of the NHS secondary care environment

Full driving licence and willingness to travel
Bonus points if you have:

Spine sales experience

Experience in procedural or theatre-based sales

Track record of delivering growth across key accounts

Degree or relevant industry qualifications (e.g. ABPI)

Experience using CRM and sales analytics tools
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 basic
Bonus: £47,000 bonus (paid quarterly)
