What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting spinal deformity procedures from pre-op planning through to post-op follow-up
- Providing expert intra-operative support in theatre, including instrumentation and troubleshooting
- Driving sales of deformity implant systems across your territory
- Building relationships with surgeons, theatre teams, and procurement
- Delivering training and education (e.g. cadaver labs, in-services)
- Managing your territory through structured planning, account development, and case follow-up
Here’s what you need:
- Medical device or surgical sales experience (spine preferred)
- Strong clinical exposure with confidence in the operating theatre
- Understanding of spinal procedures and deformity correction principles
- Ability to build credibility with surgeons and clinical teams
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel across territory
Bonus points if you have:
- Direct experience with spine deformity systems (scoliosis/kyphosis correction, osteotomies, etc.)
- Clinical background (e.g. scrub nurse, ODP, physiologist, or similar)
- Track record of growing a territory or increasing procedure volumes
- Experience with navigation, robotics, or advanced surgical technologies
- Existing relationships within spine in the region
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 basic
Bonus: £47,000 bonus (paid quarterly)
