What you’ll be doing:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate/Clinical Support Specialist to support sales growth and provide outstanding clinical and technical assistance in operating theatres and hospital settings across the region. You will work closely with orthopaedic consultants, theatre teams and hospital stakeholders to ensure successful product adoption, deliver exceptional case support, and contribute directly to territory success.

  • Provide clinical and technical support during surgical procedures (theatre presence and case coverage)
  • Assist in promoting and demonstrating market-leading orthopaedic devices and biologics
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key surgeons, theatre staff and procurement teams
  • Support territory sales activity – account management, product trials, consignment stock oversight
  • Achieve individual and team targets through proactive planning and execution
  • Maintain deep product knowledge, stay updated on clinical evidence and competitor landscape

Here’s what you need:

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in medical devices (sales, clinical support or theatre-based roles preferred)
  • Confidence working within live operating theatre environments
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly understand complex orthopaedic systems
  • Self-starting, driven and resourceful mindset
  • Aspirational and motivated to develop a long-term career in specialist medical sales/clinical support
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to cover Yorkshire & North East

Personal Attributes

  • Professional and credible with senior clinicians
  • Organised and proactive
