Location: UK-wide role. Ideally based centrally in the UK to allow efficient national travel.

What you’ll be doing:

This is a newly created, senior-level Sales Development role focused on driving the adoption and growth of the bone graft products within hip and knee revision surgery across the UK & Ireland.

The role is heavily weighted towards new business development and clinical adoption. The post holder will target key orthopaedic revision centres, opening new accounts, influencing surgeon usage, and establishing the product clinically before transitioning ongoing account management to the regional Territory Sales Managers.

The role sits on the UK&I leadership team at peer level to Regional Sales Managers and plays a strategic role in shaping the future direction of the arthroplasty revision business.

Here’s what you need:

  • Proven track record in orthopaedic sales or sales development, specifically within hip and knee revision arthroplasty
  • Existing, demonstrable relationships with hip and knee revision surgeons and centres
  • Strong understanding of revision procedures and clinical workflows
  • Ability to open new accounts and drive product adoption
  • Experience working strategically within complex NHS accounts
  • Willingness to travel nationally and stay away 1–2 nights per week
  • Strong influencing skills without direct line management authority

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in injectable bone grafts, orthobiologics or reconstruction products
  • Experience working with KOLs at a national level
  • Exposure to international training or cross-border collaboration

Salary: £75,000 - £80,000

Bonus: 25% of basic salary – open-ended with overage paid

Car Policy: £10,000 per annum car allowance (net / post-tax)
