What you’ll be doing:
- Providing expert clinical and technical support to surgeons and operating theatre teams, ensuring the safe and effective use of spinal technologies across the territory
- Acting as a trusted clinical partner, delivering hands-on intraoperative support, product training and technical guidance throughout product implementation
- Supporting continuous improvement through structured feedback and close engagement with customers and internal teams
- Operating in a field-based, highly visible role that requires strong clinical credibility, relationship skills and personal ownership
Here’s what you need:
- Experience in spine or orthopaedics is essential
- Applications welcomed from Clinical Specialists or clinically trained professionals (ODPs, scrub nurses, theatre practitioners)
- Experience supporting spinal procedures in theatre is highly desirable

Basic Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
Bonus: £13,000
