Product: Intermittent and indwelling catheters and bladder management solutions. Products are sold into hospitals and used in the community.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Driving sales growth and regional strategy for the urology portfolio across East Anglia

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clinical and non-clinical stakeholders

  • Developing a deep understanding of urology clinical pathways and local healthcare systems

  • Identifying and developing new growth opportunities within the territory

  • Delivering a consistently high standard of service and support to healthcare partners

Here’s what you need:

  • Proven medical device sales experience

  • A strong commercial mindset with a strategic approach to territory management

  • Confidence working autonomously and taking ownership of results

  • Resilience, drive and a willingness to go the extra mile

  • The right attitude to learn, develop and grow within the business

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience within urology or continence

  • Existing relationships within relevant NHS services

Salary:

  • £50,000 basic salary
  • Bonus of 25% at target, with uncapped accelerators above target
