Location: The territory is Central London, and small part of West London towards Ealing and Uxbridge and as far East as Newham Hospital, so including all of Barts Health Trust. All accounts within the boundary of the M25, which would exclude Watford.

Product: Women's Health Surgical products (Catheter sets, Uterine positioning, Colposcopes, Retractors & Gynae/Colorectal Kits)

You will be joining a leading fertility and women's healthcare company dedicated to putting time on the side of women, babies, and families at the healthcare moments that matter most in life. It currently offers over 600 clinically relevant medical devices to women's healthcare providers, including testing and treatment options.

Its innovative products are used by physicians and healthcare professionals in clinical settings for a wide variety of procedures from basic gynaecological exams to complex surgical procedures.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You will be part of an evolving, dynamic and successful, expanding sales team with a focus on Medical Devices primarily in the theatre space.
  • This position is field based, with a primary call point of hospitals, with a particular focus in and around the operating rooms and delivery suites. 
  • As a Territory Manager, your primary role will be meeting customers and driving sales growth within the existing and expanding gynaecology and obstetrics portfolio.
  • You will have experience creating strong customer relationships and communicating with different stakeholders within private and public hospitals, with a key focus on training and selling in operating rooms and delivery suites.
  • To become a success in this role you will drive new product launch in the market, acquire new customers and be the go-to person for KOL and relevant stakeholders within Gynae/Obstetrics.

Here’s what you need:

  • You will either be a graduate looking to break into the industry or you may have medical sales experience.
  • You must be competitive, driven, and articulate.
  • Solid degree from a reputable university is preferred.
  • Medical or science background is preferred but not essential, as long as you show the right attitude and desire for the industry.
  • Open to candidates from a clinical background (e.g., physiotherapist, nurse, midwife) due to their understanding of the NHS.
  • Women's health experience is advantageous but not essential.

Basic Salary: £28,000- £60,000 depending on level of experience

Bonus: 30-35% of salary OTE with additional incentives

Car policy: Allowance £950 per month
