Who you’ll be working for: 

We are partnering exclusively with a trusted specialist in respiratory ventilation and sleep products, serving the NHS, private hospitals, and patients across the UK. With over a decade of experience, the company is known for its ethical approach, clinical expertise, and commitment to outstanding customer service. This company partners with a select network of manufacturers to deliver tailored solutions that meet the precise needs of clinicians and healthcare departments. Their team prides itself on providing comprehensive support, training, and product compatibility guidance to ensure best practice and continued clinical excellence.

They are currently recruiting an Account Manager to cover the South East of England; an exciting opportunity to join a close-knit team and play a key role in delivering high-quality solutions to healthcare providers across the region.

What you’ll be doing:

Reporting to the UK Sales Manager, you will be responsible for increasing sales revenue for your region by securing new business and growth in repeat business in private and NHS hospitals across respiratory, sleep, neonatal, ICU and paediatric wards.

Here’s what you need:

  • You will have understanding of the way the NHS works. Any experience in the respiratory field is beneficial.
  • You should be able to confidently approach clinicians and build strong relationships at all levels within the NHS.
  • Able to work on own initiative, positive attitude, self-motivation. Willingness to learn and a good attitude are highly valued.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Any experience in medical sales is an advantage.

Basic Salary:  £31,000

Bonus: Quarterly commission:

  • 5% on all new business for a 12-month period
  • 3% on repeat business from day one
  • Additional payments for growth and brand-new customers
  • On target c £10k

Car policy: Allowance - £300 a month
