At the time we were doing a recruitment drive and the lead from the recruitment panel had worked with Advance Recruitment previously and had very good things to say about their calibre of candidates and the professionalism in which they conducted business. In any other situation we could have lost the potential candidate, but Liv ensured our relationship with the candidate remained positive and 12 months later, the candidate was placed. I had come across Advance Recruitment several months ago as I had been receiving useful content, not just around hiring the right talent but also about more generic leadership including employee retention and sales growth planning etc.  I wasn’t getting any of the do you have any vacancies that we can assist you with’ type of communications, and it made me think that this is a company that will go the extra mile. I’d known Liv and Advance Recruitment for some time, and when I was recruiting reps for a new team, I knew Liv could help me find candidates which would support my vision. Liv had recruited for friends in other medtech companies, and had also recruited for other divisions within Teleflex, so I knew she could do a good job for me.
