    What you’ll be doing:

    • As one of a team of 4 Clinical Educators, your role will be to provide outstanding customer training, guidance and support. sharing your extensive knowledge of the products and ultimately improving patient outcomes.
    • You'll form strong and close relationships with the sales team, working alongside Territory Managers equivalent in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth sales transactions.
    • You'll identify and target strategic/key accounts where there is growth potential through training, i.e. accelerating rebuy rates and ensuring wide-spread hospital adoption.
    • You'll maximise attendance at training sessions to ensure all relevant clinical personnel are fully trained and competent.
    • You'll facilitate CPD training for clinicians and HCPs.
    • You'll work closely with Product Manager to ensure customer needs and expectations are anticipated and met
    • You'll be liaising with anaesthetists in ITU and theatre.
    • You'll be coordinating clinical evaluations in new accounts as well as supporting existing accounts.
    • Key stakeholders: Anaesthetists, ITU nurses and respiratory physicians.

    Here’s what you need:

    • You'll have a clinical background or a life science or biomedical science degree and relevant experience of training and supporting customers within the NHS.
    • In addition, you'll be personable, friendly and outgoing with the ability to engage with all levels of clinical staff (nurse to consultant).

    Basic Salary:  c£35,000 - £45,000

    Bonus: 15%

    Car policy: car (hybrid BMW 3 series level) or car allowance £600pm
