Product: Electrophysiology - 3D Mapping for AF as well as Mechanical Thrombectomy devices, along with some work with stents and balloons

What you’ll be doing:

  • Your role is to increase Cardiac Surgery sales volume and revenue through medical device product sales year on year whilst maintaining strong customer relations and increasing market share.
  • You will build a network of KOLs/advocates in the Cardiac Surgery field and foster strong relationships to grow market share in the UK.
  • You must pro-actively seek for opportunities within your territory, passing on these opportunities to the appropriate Territory Manager, ensuring that a strong relationship is formed with all other UK Territory Managers form other divisions.
  • You will always act with integrity and the highest standard of ethics, and take every opportunity to promote the organisation, its core values and its standing within the market.
  • Stakeholders selling to: Cardiac Surgeons, Cardiologists, clinicians, theatre managers and nursing staff.

Here’s what you need:

  • You should have either Cardiac surgery, Cardiac or EP sales experience (or clinical experience, looking to move into sales) and have a real technical focus.
  • You will be bright, bubbly, ambitious, eager to learn and get on, team focussed, and personable.

Basic Salary:   £40,000 - £48,000

Bonus: £24,000 on target, capped at £30k

Car policy:  Tesla 3 (only £16 monthly tax)
