The Position: An opening has arisen for a part-time salesperson in the South West (ideally 3 days a week) on the Enteral nutrition division of a well-established company.

The successful candidate will ideally have a clinical (either nursing or dietitian), background combined with medical device sales experience. Although it is not essential to have related therapy experience such as ITU, endoscopy or gastro, it would be advantageous.
This is a varied role with a significant amount of clinical input required to successfully sell the products. As well as overseeing trials and training nursing staff, there will also be a degree of patient contact associated with the role. This is why the a clinical background is so important for the position. Most departments in the hospital will be called on including; ITU, stroke units, theatre, endoscopy suites and wards. Ultimately the position is a commercial role so the successful candidate will also spend a significant portion of time with procurement selling the more commodity type products.
