The Opportunity:

The Company: This new generation medical device company, headquartered in the US, has been established for 30 years. It is committed to supplying medical technologies which are both clinically effective and economically viable for its customers. Focusing on Minimally Invasive and General Surgery, it has grown rapidly on that basis and continues to do so. 

The Position: It is now looking for an Associate Territory Manager to support their continued sales growth in the East of the country.

Basic salary: £25,000

Bonus: c £10,000

Area Working:  Eastern England - East Midlands, Anglia, Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire, Yorkshire  (not North)

Product / Service: Laparoscopic devices and energy device

The role:

As an associate member of the team, you will be supporting your more experienced team members who sell into theatre. While learning the role you will be helping develop key accounts and providing case coverage in theatre to support your colleagues as they grow the business.  Your main customers will be general, gynae and urology surgeons and their theatre teams. 

Your experience:

You will be a graduate (ideally life science) with previous experience of field-based selling. This doesn't have to be on medical sales although it's certainly advantageous. You should be highly personable with a strong work ethic, excellent relationship building skills and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging and professional, yet casual business environment
