The position: A brand new role has arisen for an experienced Sales Manager with Business Development experience. Reporting to the Global RBDS Director, you will be responsible for growing existing business and identifying and winning new business, thus ensuring the smooth flow of orders through the business. This opportunity will require an enthusiastic and energetic leader with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service.

Basic Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
Area Working: National role - commutable distance to Andover, largely office-based
Products: Hydrogen Peroxide Vapour technology, range of scalable systems, high-quality consumables and expert services to manage risks to patients
You must have at least 3 years of management experience within a Healthcare or Life Sciences environment. You will be confident and sociable, and therefore able to interact directly and autonomously with a wide variety of businesses, internal and external stakeholders. It is important that you are professional, with a hands on approach and a results driven background with demonstrable evidence of good business acumen. You should have experience of providing inspirational leadership, and be comfortable pitching to senior level executives in order to generate new business. A second language would be desirable, but is not essential.
You will be in charge of leading a team of 7 field-based and internal sales professionals. The view is to further grow this team and you will be instrumental in their training, development and success. The role will require close collaboration with customers, as well as with Customer Service, Production and Logistics teams in order to balance market demand with production capacity.
