Basic salary:  Negotiable

Bonus: 20% plus various incentives such as holidays, theatre tickets, cash awards

The role:  

  • This is an exciting opportunity to drive the sales growth in the Continence Care division.
  • You will be responsible for the strategic direction of the portfolio in the UK.
  • In this role, you will create engaging campaigns for healthcare professionals and lead the strategic direction for communicating the benefits to consumers.
  • To be successful you will develop a strategic marketing plan and execute campaigns through the sales team.
  • You will develop effective relationships to drive growth, which includes creating campaigns and providing input on product development.
  • Finally, you will have the ability to think creatively and maximise growth opportunities.
  • This marketing position is part of the Continence Care Marketing Team and reports into the Head of Continence Care Marketing.

Your experience:

This is a role for an experienced and enthusiastic marketer who can take a strategic view of the market and identify growth opportunities. You will be a strong communicator to engage and motivate the sales team and passionately communicate the benefits to all customer groups. 

  • Experience in marketing with a healthcare focus.
  • Proven strong strategic and analytical skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Consumer marketing experience desirable.
  • Degree in marketing/business is desirable.
