What you’ll be doing:
The National Shoulder BDM role is a critical position focused on introducing and establishing an innovative shoulder system across the UK market. This is a business development role centred on market access and establishing the product. It involves building relationships, educating surgeons on the unique aspects of the system, and driving its adoption.
Stakeholders selling to:
- Consultant shoulder surgeons
- Procurement
- Theatre teams
Here’s what you need:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of orthopaedic experience, having successfully sold to surgeons and supported orthopaedic cases, with theatre experience. You'll have to be able to demonstrate success in your current role and enjoy developing new business.
- Mindset: Highly resilient, entrepreneurial, a "go-getter," with a growth mindset.
Bonus points if you have: Previous experience of selling shoulder arthroplasty products
