At the forefront of orthopaedic innovation, it partners with globally renowned manufacturers to deliver high-quality products, technical expertise, and educational support to healthcare professionals.

This is a unique opportunity to build something exceptional from the ground up, combining entrepreneurial drive with clinical impact.
What you’ll enjoy:
Joining this organisation offers a unique chance to be part of a growing company with innovative products, a clear vision for market penetration, and significant opportunities for career advancement and personal impact within a supportive, albeit sometimes challenging, startup environment. Benefits to joining include:
- Leadership Potential: Looking to recruit candidates with leadership potential and a desire to progress, ideally seeing themselves in a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) role within two to three years. - Startup Environment: While challenging, a startup environment often provides more opportunities for individuals to make a significant impact, gain broader experience, and advance more quickly than in larger, more established companies where competition for leadership roles can be high.
- Entrepreneurial and agile culture: The company needs "go-getter" individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset who can thrive in a startup setting and make things happen. This is a culture that values initiative and drive.
- Collaboration with Partners: There is significant support from the manufacturers who are committed to doing roadshows and engagement dinners to help engage the UK market.
- Focus on Education and Training: This is a business which invests heavily in education, service, and support. There are full suites of training opportunities available, including saw bones, cadaveric training and live case observation.
- New Market Development: The role involves building a business from scratch in the UK market, which offers an exciting challenge for individuals who enjoy pioneering and establishing new opportunities rather than just maintaining existing territories.
