What you’ll be doing:
- You will be working to drive product sales to support supplier partnerships and actively promote products and value-added services. Part of your role will include helping to set sales targets and create plans and initiatives to exceed them.
- Duties include successfully liaising with customers to schedule clinical assessments (where appropriate in unison with the Commercial Manager) to maintain and build relationships.
- Report all account assessment activity to the regional Commercial Manager regarding opportunities and threats.
- Identify and satisfy customer requirements and meet the needs of valued business opportunities.
- You will be expected to maintain a high level of product knowledge across the portfolios / be a product expert in order to successfully complete assessments.
- Demo stock – maintain demo stock, arrange LOLER of equipment when required.
Stakeholders selling to: Ward Nurses, Loan Stores Managers, Occupational Therapists, Nursing Home Managers
Here’s what you need:
- You will have experience of patient handling/specialist seating or previous experience of occupational therapy (clinically or in sales).
- Sales experience in the patient handling or specialist seating arena would be beneficial but is not essential.
Basic Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)
Bonus: £8,000 on target with uncapped overage (2k p/qtr)
