A globally-respected authority on trauma medicine the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians recommends the widespread use of their products, and they are now the technology of choice of Military medics throughout the world. With a range of products which can be used in both the pre hospital and hospital setting they are now looking to further grow their business in the UK with a range of hospital based emergency products.
The Position: They are now looking for a pro-active medical sales person, who enjoys hunting out new business to join their team.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will also work closely with the Clinical Trainer. You will be responsible for the management of an existing customer base, but will also be required to focus heavily on developing new business. You will sell to a variety of areas including hospitals, EMS, Military, Distributors, Veterinary, Outdoor, Life Guard and Humanitarian /Disaster Relief/Mass Emergency. You will be active in the training and development of customers and will attend industry shows and conferences in order to present and promote all products in the range.
You will have strong sales skills and will have experience of selling medical devices into hospitals. Experience of selling into additional types of markets would be advantageous, as would experience of selling through distributors. You should have excellent business development skills and be prepared to knock on doors. You will need to demonstrate an ability to actively pursue leads and develop account relationships to capitalize on opportunities to extend the range of products being taken by the customer. Strong communication skills are essential, and you will need to demonstrate an ability to be able to communicate at all levels of customer from end users of the products through to senior buyers.
