The position: Wound care in this company is entering an exciting phase of its development in the UK. In November 2014 they launched a new product which is delivering exceptional results. They are the fastest growing wound care company globally. Ideally, you should have wound care experience and relationships across district and practice nurses. You will have the desire to be part of a dynamic sales team and ambitions to grow and develop within that team.

Your main job role will be to achieve increased sales and market share of the wound care portfolio in the community and acute sector. You will be continuously developing key customers and relationships, building loyalty to the product portfolio and developing partnerships within key CCGs and Acute Trusts. You will also work with the Regional Manager and Business Develop Manager to develop, review and execute on the territory.
You will already be a successful and self-motivated sales professional in the medical field who thrives on working autonomously and in a highly competitive therapy area. You should be able to demonstrate an understanding of the NHS environment and customers, as well as demonstrating the communication and interpersonal skills required to understand customer issues, challenge customer thinking and break habits. You will need the ability to analyse, evaluate data and build an action plan. Experience of working within wound care sector is desirable, but other medical device sales experience will also be considered. You should be full of the energy and enthusiasm required to make a difference to customers and patients.
