Summary: A UK subsidiary of the worldwide Corporation who employs over 26,000 people worldwide and has an annual turnover in excess of £5.8 billion. You will be working within the Laboratory division selling Microscopes to key Laboratory personnel. You should have previous laboratory or medical equipment and be looking to advance your career.
The role: Working as a Key Account Manager across the Midlands/M1 Corridor territory, selling to and supporting customers across the region. You have previous capital sales experience and a life/bioscience degree ideally with an interest in Microscopy.

You will have previous sales capital equipment experience within the Laboratory, Medical Equipment or technical Ophthalmic equipment market. You should also be educated to degree (or similar) level and have a drive and determinate to succeed. You will be required to work with a degree of autonomy but also be part of a larger team.
Selling within Laboratories to Laboratory Technicians/Managers, Consultant Pathologists and Professors, you will be responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets in value and/or in specified units as well as developing new business and interact with the other members of the Instruments division to foster growth for the benefit of the company. You will be tasked with managing key accounts within the territory, whilst increasing sales across the territory through active prospecting.
