The Position:  They are now looking for a high potential sales associate to help sell their spinal products throughout the Midlands & Northern region.

Basic Salary: Negotiable

Bonus:  £10,000

Area Working: Based from Leicester/Coventry area, but will also provide support throughout the North. 

Products: A complete suite of spinal implants.

The role:

As a sales associate you will be working in  a trainee role developing your skills in spinal sales. Working closely with the Territory Managers across your region you will support them in tasks such as theatre case coverage. As you develop your skills you will start to take responsibility for your own accounts.  You will be selling a full suite of spinal implants to spinal surgeons in theatres, theatre teams and procurement. 

Your experience:

This is an opportunity for those who are recent to the job market and are keen to pursue a career in medical sales and can demonstrate the correct attributes.  You should be competitive and achievement driven with strong relationship building skills.
