Regional Sales Manager South (Ophthalmic)

The Position: Due to expansion, an outstanding opportunity has now arisen for a high performing RSM to join their sales team. Covering the South East & South West region you will coach the team to continued success.

Basic salary:  Negotiable

Area working: London, South East, South West, South & Mid Wales 

Products: Ophthalmic surgical devices & equipment 

The role:

Due to expansion, you will be joining a highly successful  business unit. You will be part of a team of 3 RSM and as the Regional Sales Manager South for Surgical you will be responsible for delivery of regional plan number and profitability. Your emotional intelligence and quiet confidence will enable you to inspire and drive a team of 6 Territory Managers to reach their full potential. With an emphasis on coaching and mentoring you will ensure your team have all the necessary skills and support to continue to be highly successful.  

Your experience:

You will be an experienced and successful sales manager within the medical device sector. Previous experience of working in the surgical market would be advantageous but is not essential. You should enjoy coaching and developing your team to success as this will be pivotal to the role. As a busy management role you should also have a good strategic approach and have excellent prioritisation and organisational skills.
