The company: This is one of the UK’s leading orthopaedic trauma companies; they design, manufacture and market orthopaedic implants and devices. They specialise in upper and lower extremity products and continue to demonstrate rapid sales growth year on year.
The position: We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and eager candidate for a growing region of the business. The successful candidate will be providing training support to Orthopaedic Surgeons, operating theatre staff, procurement departments and hospital management within the NHS and the private sector.

You will report to the UK Regional Sales Manager and will be working closely with the Area Managers on a daily basis. Your duties will include:
You must have a basic understanding of anatomy and physiology and the ability to work autonomously as part of a team. It is essential you have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as good time management. You will have the aptitude for self-directed learning and the ability to work to set KPI's. Any experience of working in theatre or orthopaedics would be a distinct advantage. Having a working knowledge of the NHS will also benefit your application, as would previous medical industry experience. You should have the ability to work in a flexible nature to support business requirements across the South of the UK if necessary.
