Area Sales Manager - Wound Care

The position: The Area Sales Manager is responsible for selling the Advanced Wound Management, Compression, Infection Control and Skin Protection product ranges whilst maximizing volume and revenue.

Basic salary: c£30,000 - £40,000

Area working: North Wales, West Cheshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Walsall, Dudley and Wolverhampton 

Products: Wound care and skin protectant, Advanced Wound Management, Compression, Infection Control and Skin Protection

The role:

You will be selling into both primary and secondary care environments. Building relationships with numerous customer groups including TVNs, District/Practise Nurses, Pharmacists, Hub Personnel. The products are excellent quality, but are competitively priced and provide an excellent solution for delivering a quality yet cost effective solution for wound healing. You will meet or exceed agreed sales and customer contact targets in order to increase revenue and business activity by. You will do this through maintaining the appropriate level of contact with existing customers, identifying and following up on new business opportunities and promoting the benefits of the products.

Your experience:

You will have direct experience of selling to Tissue Viability Nursess or District Nurses in a relevant product field e.g. wound care, pressure care or infection control. A relevant nursing qualification is beneficial. Our client needs highly motivated individuals who have excellent relationship building ability and a strong work ethic. The company believe in a non aggressive sales approach and are very customer focused.
