Becoming a Territory Sales Manager in this Instruments team will give you just that.

Products: Surgical Instruments and Power Tools (orthopaedic saws, drills, and accessories) and Arthroscopy Instruments, Laparoscopy Instruments, Sports Medicine instruments
You should demonstrate a track record of success and a working knowledge of the NHS. Selling in a theatre environment and experience in medical devices would be an advantage but is not essential. Preferably training in a medical, scientific, technical career or degree in sciences, economics or the similar.
This exciting Instruments business is rapidly growing, it is an enviable part of the business to be a part of made up of an energetic team of specialists who have received many accolades along the way from surgeons and from within the organisation. You will be responsible for maintaining existing business, as well as identifying and developing new sales opportunities. You will need to interact and develop strong relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders in the NHS or private medical sector; these include surgeons, theatre managers, nursing staff as well as procurement and finance professionals. You will be required to conduct product demonstrations and training for clinical staff, as well as covering cases in operating theatres within your key accounts.
Regular reporting to Sales Managers, on the evolution of the sales, and adaptation to the circumstances of the market.
