The role: This is a sales/product specialist role looking for candidates who have previously sold in on of their key therapy areas (Wound Care, Urology, Stoma). You should live on territory and be driven to succeed.

For this role, you will have experience of selling urology, continence or woundcare products or intermittent self catheterisation devices, also experience of dealing with the NHS (hospitals and community) including procurement and key opinion leaders. The ideal candidate will have proven excellent communication skills and experience of budgetary control. A nursing background would be a real advantage but is not essential.
You will be selling into both primary and secondary care environments. The role involves promoting and increasing the usage of the Stoma devices product range and Home Delivery Service through all Hospital and Community outlets and Wholesalers. You will be responsible for the management and smooth running of your defined territory. Key performance Indicators agreed with your Line Manager to be achieved such as sales v target and customer activity. You will ensure that you are aware of all opportunities available to further increase our market share. Regular reports on your territory achievements, competitor analysis and promotional activities to be submitted in a timely manner.
