Job Description

The Opportunity:  These devices provide innovative and convenient technology for optimal diagnostics and therapeutics. The new digital device generation enables the processing and archiving of picture, video and many diverse digital data, being constantly updatable. This company has been providing equipment and instruments to ENT professionals for over 25 years. During this time they have built their reputation for supplying quality and affordable items.  Working for this company, you will enjoy complete autonomy along with guidance, trust and support where needed. 

The position: Your will be responsible for sales of all hospital products for niche therapy areas: ENT, Gynaecology, Orthopaedics, Forensic. You will maintain existing business level and increase sales and market share, as well as liaise with existing and potential customers.

Basic salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Bonus: £24,000 commission

Area working: South West, South Coast, South Wales, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire

Products: All hospital products including ENT, gynaecology, spine, forensic and patient furniture. HALO vests and collar systems for spine, rigid and flexible endoscopes, colposcopes, navigation and camera systems, scanners, light sources, suction and irrigation pumps and insufflators etc.

Your experience:

You must either be qualified to degree level or have experience in a similar role. You will have the ability to show technical competence and grasp new information quickly. For this role you should be able to work under pressure and manage a large area in a structured manner. You will be extremely driven and be able to develop new business opportunities. Technical field based sales experience would be beneficial, along with any sales training qualifications. You must show initiative and be proactive in your sales approach. 

The role:

Your role will be to develop the designated sales area whilst maintaining existing customer relations. Seeking out new business is an important part of the role. You will be selling technical products from capital equipment to consumables. Daily interaction with clinicians, surgeons, nursing staff and procurement in secondary care, SARC centres, the forensic market and primary care. Other responsibilities include attending hospital exhibitions, assisting with sales outside of your territory if required.
