Territory Manager - Spine

£25,500 - c£50,000 (dependent on experience)

Job Description

The company: This organisation is a distributor of medical devices in the United Kingdom. Their offices are based in South West London. As a company they are passionate about serving their customers as best they can, doing their best to help them deliver the best possible care to their patients. They are currently the exclusive distributors for a global developer and manufacturer of implants and surgical instruments. In addition to that, their portfolio also includes a handful of carefully chosen technologies that offer distinct advantages to patients and clinicians.

The position: This company experienced growth of around 65% last year, seeing major developments in key areas in the London area. They are now looking to find someone who to build on this growth and expand the business further.

Basic salary: £25.5k - £45/50k dependent on experience

Bonus: Quarterly bonus paid on sales around 5-10%

Area working: Central London (Potters Bar out to Gravesend, down to Epsom and west to Slough)

Products: Spinal implants

Your experience:

You will have at least 2 years sales experience within a surgical setting. Any knowledge of the spinal market is beneficial, and orthopaedic experience is also preferred. You should have proven experience and be capable of growing a territory, and have an in depth knowledge of the NHS.

The role:

You will be selling the company's range of spinal products to Surgeons throughout the territory. You will be spending time in operating theatres supporting the surgeons during live cases. This position is very much business development and you will be expected to build long lasting relationships with customers.
