The Company: My client is a leading supplier of specialist pain management devices including Standard Radio frequency nerve ablation pain management and the breakthrough technology of r new radio frequency nerve ablation. In 2018 they are launching new percutaneous and subcutaneous electrical Neuro simulators which will change the management of chronic pain and sports injuries for elite athletes across the UK and Ireland. This approved technology includes providing long lasting pain relief for chronic hip pain and osteoarthritis pain of the Knee. In the UK, these treatments are available throughout the NHS and Private Practise.
The Position: Due to the appointment of the company to the NHS framework, they are now looking for dedicated sales professionals to work in key regions throughout the UK to pull business through by working at a more clinical level.

The focus of the role is to convert business from the previously agreed NHS frameworks. Therefore a lot of work with be with consultants and end users in order to set up trails and demonstrate the products. You will be dealing with Pain Consultants, Clinical Teams primarily and you will be tasked with working autonomously on territory to maximise results.
You should have previous medical device experience on territory. Whilst Neuromodulation or Pain Management experience would be an advantage other sales experience to the acute sector will also be considered if the candidate can demonstrate previous experience of managing their own region, selling to Consultants and being a self starter.

You should have a competent medical experience, ideally but not necessarily, in the pain management and neuromodulation field. This is an exciting role and requires you to be an excellent medical sales professional including within the operating theatre and in outpatient clinics.
You will need to have an ability to converse effectively, empathise and understand patients’ needs intraoperatively and post-operatively to the clinicians expected standards.
You will be expected to deliver highly professional product demonstrations, achieve sales objectives and deliver quality customer care all of which are integral components of the role. You will become an interventional pain specialist in your designated territory. However, this role is varied and involves regular travel throughout the UK.
