The position: A position has become available for a strategic international sales manager to join their business.

You will be a proven medtech sales professional with a sound track record in export sales with international distributor knowledge. You will have an understanding of direct “end user” sales and business to business relationships. It is essential that you have experience of developing the sales strategy as well as it's implementation. You must have previous man management experience. Knowledge of at least one other language would be beneficial.
The purpose of this role is to pro-actively lead and drive the expansion of the company’s world-wide business. You will do this by managing the company’s portfolio of distributors through existing relationships; developing new sales and through leadership, training and support. Reporting into the commercial director, you will have two direct reports as well as responsibility for some of your own accounts. with 20 to 30% international travel within the role, there will be an expectation to be in the Bristol based office for 2 days once a fortnight.
