The Position: This role involves Managing the company's Marketing function in the Joints portfolio. You should have previousMarketing  Management experience within Orthopaedics.

Basic salary: Competitive

Area working: Ireland - Can be UK-based though but will have to spend 2/3 days a week in Ireland.

Your experience:

You should have previous Orthopaedic Marketing experience and be prepared to spend 2/3 days a week in Ireland.

The candidate must be a self-starter and be able to work in a matrix organization. They will be able to build relationships with multiple stakeholders across all the business functions. They must be able to manage through influence and use persuasion to get the desired results.  They will have excellent communication skills and be to communicate clearly and confidently with senior management and HCPs.  

The role:

The Joints Marketing Manager will be an expert on the Joints product portfolio and be responsible for supporting and developing the clinical approach of PEI to our customers and patients, responsible for the relationship with the UK and EMEA regional marketing team and work closely with PEI to define the best strategies to continue the growth of the Joints business in Ireland. 

As a Joints Marketing Manager, your typical day may include:

  • Providing operational leadership and direction to how PEI can grow the business in the Irish market.
  • Be the Single Point of Contact between  and PEI.
  • Be the product knowledge specialist and support PEI developing the Hip & Knee market and upskill their clinical approach to customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with KOL’s and clinical partners and customers across Ireland.
  • Liaise with the regional (UK/IE and EMEA) marketing teams to define and implement a strategic marketing strategy and ensure New Products Innovations will be launched with excellence.
  • Identify and lead cross selling opportunities between Joints and the broader Orthopaedic portfolio.
  • Be a member of the Ireland management team and contribute to overall growth of Irish business.
  • Lead and assist with Professional Educational events organized by PEI.
  • Provide insights for BP process.
  • Adhere to strict compliance levels through the development of any tools, policies and procedures for all legal, regulatory and health care compliance policies, etc.
