Area working: Dublin-based - Covering Ireland

Products: Image Guided Surgery

The role:

We are seeking for a highly motivated Application Consultant in the field of Image Guided Surgery and surgical disciplines to support the Sales Team in the UK for the region of Ireland. The position will be reporting directly to the Regional Manager UK and Ireland and will be based from Home Office preferably in Dublin. You will primarily be responsible for the: 

  • Education, training, provision of on-site guidance and assistance to physicians and hospital personnel.
  • Perform new system installations.
  • Effective communication with customers to understand problems and adequate troubleshooting of issues.
  • Outstanding organizational and planning skills: task prioritization, effective time management.
  • Initiate upgrade projects with existing installations. 
  • Sell service contracts to existing customers.
  • Monitors and promote customer usage of products.
  • Conduct software updates.
  • Attend meetings and trade shows to demonstrate and promote products and services.

Your experience:

  • Preferably you have completed studies in the field of Biomedical Engineering, have a technical degree or equivalent.
  • Have strong self-planning, organization and implementation skills.
  • Be adept in working as part of a team or individually.
