Job Description

The company:  This company is an international family business specializing in wound care and dermatology. They are represented in represented in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium and the UK. Other countries are serviced by distributors worldwide. In Belgium, where their success story began in 2000, the company is the market leader with two patented wound care products used in hospitals and other areas.
 
The position: As the organisation continues to grow, they are looking to expand the sales team in Germany with highly motivated driven sales professionals that have a desire to succeed in the medical industry for a leading European manufacturer of wound care and dermatology products.

Salary: €55,000 - €60,000

Area working:  Austria - preferably based Vienna

Your experience:

You will be of Graduate calibre with excellent English skills and a good understanding of the Austrian wound care market. You must have a real drive and passion for the wound care market and have an excellent work ethic and a strong knowledge of the industry and the role. You need to be organised and demonstrate structure with a hard work ethic. You should also have a competitive nature to achieve your targets and goals for managing your territory. 

The role:

• Your key role will be to provide support to existing customers in your region, as well as attracting new customers.
• You will provide training and product presentations to customers and attend conferences and congresses.
• You will be selling the company’s wound care products throughout the territory to Hospitals and Nursing Homes, with the customers ranging from GP's, Key Opinion Leaders, Chief Physician, Chief Medical Officer, Wound Specialists, Wholesalers, Home Carers and Hospital Purchasers.
• A to Key Opinion Leaders and Specialist Nurses. You will maintain and expand these accounts through referrals of existing customers and building long term relationships.
• It is important to continuously keep up to date with the evolutions and developments of the wound care market.
