What you’ll be doing:
- Your role is to increase GI, ENT, Urology and Pulmonology category sales and sustain them through effective communication and customer support, to raise levels of customer preference.
- You will be the “go to” person for all your customers and prospects. This involves proactive key stakeholder management across departments and hierarchies to drive preference, act as consultant, trainer and partner; utilizing Territory Planning, Pipeline Management, Account Management, Sales Process and Project Planning approaches to achieve your targets.
- Your main responsibilities will include being responsible for providing account management to an allocated number of accounts, maintaining customer satisfaction, raise levels of customer preference, demonstrating new products and identifying, then closing, new sales opportunities within the customer, as well as Identifying sales opportunities to hit company targets within set account.
- You will also be responsible for providing clinical and applications training within your own target accounts, during product trials and for product demonstrations for Key Accounts.
- Stakeholders/Selling to: Consultants in GI, Urology and Pulmonology
Here’s what you need:
- You should have a proven track record of success in capital sales to the NHS.
- You will be an established sales person with track record of achieving personal targets and winning competitors’ business.
- Any previous Endoscopy, GI, Urology, ENT or Pulmonology therapy experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
Basic Salary: £42,000 - £45,000
Bonus:
- 10K OTE for revenue target achievement with accelerators in place for over achievement capped at 150%
- Up to 5% of salary per quarter for objectives met (£2500 PA)
- Up to 5% to 10% of salary for PA for company performance (£3250 @5%)
