We do everything we can to ensure that all our candidates get the help, advice and expertise they deserve to advance their career.

If we've impressed you, introduce us to a friend. If we place them in a job, then we will send you £500 cash.

Just make sure your friend tells us it was you who gave them our number!

Terms and Conditions

The referred candidate must inform Advance Recruitment as to who recommended them at the point of registration.

A referral will be deemed to be valid only if the candidate referred is not already actively utilising the services of Advance Recruitment at the time we receive notification of the referral.

Any referral will remain valid for a period of 6 months from the date the referral was entered on our system.

It is the responsibility of the person making the referral to ensure that Advance Recruitment holds their current contact details to enable Advance Recruitment to send any referral money.

Once Advance Recruitment have successfully placed the referred candidate then £500 will be awarded to the referee after the candidate has completed their first 3 months with their new employer.

Advance Recruitment will only make one payment per candidate referred.

It is your responsibility to make any necessary declaration of any income derived under this scheme to HM Revenue and Customs.

In the unlikely event that the same candidate is referred by two people, Advance Recruitment will treat the first referral as valid.
