The Opportunity:

This organisation has been established in London for over 15 years and has grown to hold an impressive portfolio of clients. They are now commercialising new innovative technology with a product portfolio of wound care and infection management products. The products are designed and manufactured in the UK. There is currently a team of 6 people, and the business is estimated to grow in size over the next few years.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 000 (dependent on experience/performance)

We are looking for an ambitious candidate driven for success and achievement of results. There is flexibility for you to build your career and take on new responsibilities as the company grows. You should be of Graduate level, preferably in business or science-related discipline. You will ideally have a minimum of 2 years experience working in a business environment. You must fluent in written and spoken English and understanding German and any other languages is a plus. You have to be competent in the use of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint to intermediate level.

The role is based from the European HQ in Middlesex. Focusing on business development, you will be selling new innovative medical devices in chronic and acute wound management, dermatology, burns treatment and surgical site hospitals in Europe and the Middle East. You will be responsible for organisation of events, marketing and social media management. You will be providing business support through sharing purchasing duties including supplier management, contract negotiation and relationship development. This is an opportunity for a candidate to join a growing business and gain direct experience of business development and medical device quality management.  Training and mentoring is provided as required.
