The position of Consumer Marketing Campaign Manager gives you the chance to make a true difference to people’s lives and develop the commercial opportunity from building the Business to Consumer channel in one of the world’s leading MedTech companies.
My client is building the consumer channel and driving major growth contribution within the Chronic Care division (continence and ostomy care). The channel and thus the department is growing and forging its own path within what has traditionally been a B2B environment. Working in consumer excellence you will manage and deliver the company’s consumer marketing strategy, increasing awareness and conversion into both product and service and ongoing engagement to ensure customers are retained. You will have lots of interactions with many different people in the UK & Ireland and global headquarters in Denmark.
Working in consumer excellence enhances the commercial understanding of the fundamental drivers in the Chronic Care business and leads to a broad spectrum of opportunities, e.g. a commercial role in the UK or Ireland, or a sales marketing role in one of the global or UK subsidiaries.
The consumer excellence team consists of 35 people including sales, marketing and insights roles and this role reports into the Head of Consumer Marketing.

My client is looking for someone who is results focused, with the ability to remain calm and retain control when managing high workloads and dealing with multiple projects.
Having a degree in business, marketing or health sciences or professional marketing qualifications would be preferred. The experience of planning, developing and implementing direct marketing and digital marketing campaigns is required, along with the experience of managing direct marketing schedules. Any experience within a similar role with a proven track record of being able to attract new customers via a variety of different media, would be ideal. You will have at least 3 years experience of working with campaign management tools, and a proven ability to present data/data analysis in an accessible way to non-technical stakeholders/audiences.
Other key requirements:
This position includes working with the consumer marketing team and the market managers to manage and implement the consumer marketing strategy to acquire and retain customers to the product portfolio and the service. You should be able to effectively work with and manage internal stakeholders and external agencies. You will be campaign managing the activity plan for all consumer activity, acting as a liaison between the consumer team responsible for delivering the plan and the market managers.
Other key responsibilities:
– To scope, execute, and analyse campaigns, and review/share results with relevant stakeholders.
– To manage and implement the CRM strategy of customers within the prospect database, moving them from cold prospects to users of both products and the service.
– To produce creative data selections and coordinate database activity, including email and mailings, in collaboration with market managers, global marketing and external agencies, whilst ensuring accuracy and delivery to deadlines.
– To work with the consumer insights team, both locally and globally, to ensure the accuracy of customer data and to provide effective reporting for the UK.
– Work alongside the consumer and customer care teams to ensure the integration of all campaign activity with the market managers.
