The position: You will be providing clinical support and education on the surgical portfolio across South West UK.

To perform this job successfully, you must have clinical experience in surgery. Any experience working in obstetrics or gynaecology would be beneficial. You need to have effective communication and presentation skills including the ability to interact with medical staff, sales, marketing and global franchise leaders. You will have effective teaching skills with the ability to translate complex instructions clearly. You should have the ability to work with precision, accuracy and high attention to detail. You will also have the ability to analyse and recommend changes to training documents as well as construct an effective training program.
In this role, you will work collaboratively (with the field sales representative) to support surgical cases with local physicians and other clinicians for training and follow-up. You will work closely with field sales representative in assessing the needs of customers and providing training programs at customer facilities for physicians, hospital personnel and office staff. You will be analysing and preparing reports and documenting training performance provided to customers. You will maintain current knowledge about assigned products and disease states as well as competitors and keep up to date on the latest clinical data. This is important as you will be educating the sales team on all of the current clinical data and new developments regarding the products, including how these developments can provide clinical benefits and patient safety. You will engage in basic market development activities and attend education meetings to maintain and enhance your skills and clinical competency. You will be responsible for showing clinical differences and patient outcomes between the company's products and competitor products.
